Bible Study-Begins with Prayer
Always begin your Bible Studies with prayer. Get your Bible tools that I laid out for you in the last study-find a quiet private place for your study, and get down on your knees, and ask God through Jesus to open the book, the Bible to you. This prayer is not going to be a prayer for your family or anything else--it will just be for your Bible Study. If possible, pick a time when you can devote your entire being to this study and nothing else. This is not going to be a time of Bible reading--that is something else you will be doing, but not at this study. Bible study and Bible reading are two different things entirely.
So let's sum this study up so far--
1--you have bought your King James Bible with the words of Jesus in Red
2--you have bought your colored pens or pencils
3--you will need notebooks to take notes in as you study
4--you have found a quiet out of the way place to do your studying
5--you have your tools and you are ready to say your prayer and get starte
